At Instant Offer Furniture, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Please review the applicable return policy below.

For Delivered Orders:
Please inspect your items thoroughly during your delivery appointment to confirm you are satisfied. Delivered items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned to our warehouse within that 7-day window and is in its original condition. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for any return shipping or transportation back to the warehouse. Delivery fees are non-refundable and do not count toward store credit.

For In-Store Purchases / Pick-Up Orders:
Items purchased in store or picked up from our showroom may be returned for store credit only if the item has not left the showroom floor and the request is made within 7 days of purchase. If an item is held at our showroom for more than 7 days after purchase, the sale is final. Once a customer picks up the item and it leaves our showroom, all sales are final.

Store Credit Process:
Approved store credit will be issued after the item has been inspected and approved. Store credit does not expire.
