Furniture Submission & Ownership
If you submit items through our website for sale or evaluation, you represent and warrant that:

• Items are not stolen and are free of liens or legal claims
• All information, photos, and descriptions submitted are accurate
Instant Offer Furniture reserves the right to refuse any item submission or transaction at its sole discretion.
If we suspect an item to be stolen or misrepresented, we may cancel the transaction and report the matter to appropriate authorities.
Pickup and Delivery Services
Instant Offer Furniture may provide furniture pickup, removal, and delivery services.
Furniture moving involves inherent risks due to building layouts, stairways, hallways, elevators, and other structural limitations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Clear and unobstructed pathways
• That items can physically fit through doors, hallways, staircases, and elevators
Our team reserves the right to refuse to move any item that presents a safety risk or high likelihood of damage.
Mover Liability Waiver
By scheduling or allowing pickup or delivery services, you acknowledge and agree that moving furniture inherently involves risk of damage to property and belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant Offer Furniture, its employees, contractors, agents, and drivers shall not be liable for incidental, cosmetic, or minor property damage that may occur during the normal course of moving furniture.
This includes but is not limited to:
• scratches
• scuffs
• dents
• paint marks
• drywall damage
• door frame damage
• flooring scuffs
• stair railing marks
• minor wall damage
Customers acknowledge that such damage may occur due to tight spaces, structural limitations, or obstacles within the property.
Customers assume responsibility for ensuring adequate clearance and safe moving conditions.
Furniture Damage Disclaimer
Instant Offer Furniture is not responsible for damage to furniture that occurs due to:
• structural limitations of the building
• items not fitting through doorways or staircases
• fragile or pre-damaged furniture
• customer instructions regarding placement or removal
If our team determines that moving an item poses excessive risk, we may decline the move.
Used Furniture Condition
Instant Offer Furniture primarily sells used furniture.
All items are sold AS-IS, without warranties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Items may show normal wear including cosmetic imperfections, scratches, fabric wear, or other signs of prior use.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Payment for Items Sold to Us
If Instant Offer Furniture purchases items from a customer, payment terms will be communicated prior to pickup.
Payments may be issued via:

• Check
• Other electronic payment methods
Offers may be modified or declined if item condition materially differs from the description provided.
